Monte Paddleford, President.
Monte holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in metallurgy. He has over 25 years of industrial experience, having held various project engineering and production management roles with Eastman Kodak Company and Aluminum Company of America. As senior project engineer, he was responsible for the administration of several multi-million dollar projects, conception through implementation. (Monte@eaglebronze.com)
Beverly Paddleford, Executive Vice President
Beverly provides the creative rudder for the foundry. She is an accomplished artist in her own right and is consistently in demand nationwide as a speaker for women’s and spiritual groups. Beverly has been instrumental in the innovation and implementation of many new patinas for Eagle Bronze, leading to the acquisition of many new clients. In addition she is running the Eagle Bronze Gallery in beautiful downtown Lander, Wyoming.(bpaddleford@hopemonument.com)
Matthew Cobb, Vice President Operations
Matt studied Biomechanics and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wyoming and provides much of the structural engineering expertise for Eagle Bronze’s monumental works. His love of his hometown, Lander, is only overshadowed by his love for his wife Heather who is the Paddleford’s oldest daughter.(Matt@eaglebronze.com)
Heather Cobb, Controller
Heather has worked at the foundry since she was twelve years old and truly knows the operation. She worked her way up from summers in the mold-making room to the office PT during the school year to her current incarnation as the financial controller for the entire company. While she was getting her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the University of Wyoming she met her husband, Matt, who now oversees the operations side of the firm.(Heather@eaglebronze.com)
